Revenge Of The Fallen is on it's way, and I'm super psyched to get my paws on the new Transformer movie figures. We have definate plans to trick out some Transformers. It took me awhile to warm up to Hollwoods spin on the Robots I grew up with, but I've officially come around- Devastator looks bad ass!
Look for us to start rollin' out lots of fresh Decepticons and Autobots early to mid june.
Taking good pics of your custom action figures is hard, time consuming, and can be down right frustrating. If you think your pictures could use some improvement pick up the Portable Lighting Studio for Dummies. It comes with to 2O watt full spectum lights, a 12 inch by 12 inch collapsible diffuser shed, a reversable grey, and high contrast blue backround, AND A 16 page tip booklet. It retails for around 49.95, but I found one at a Big Lots for 25.00.

The Stylus is a great choice when Dremil shopping. Although it doesn't have quite the power as some plug in Dremils, It's our personal favorite for puttin' the boots to action figures. Great for filing joints, drilling holes, lopping off limbs, and sanding plastic smooth. You may wanna buy a heavier duty Dremil for big jobs like sawing through stactions and thick hard resins, but the stylus is the main work hourse in our stable. Retails for around 75.00 and is worth every penny.
AVES Apoxie! If you wanna customize action figures then you're gonna need this stuff. Aves is a simple to mix, non toxic compound that air drys in about 4 to 8 hrs. It adhears great to action figure plastic, and has a great easy to sculpt with feel for about 20-30 minutes after it's mixed. You can score a whole lb of the stuff for around 16.99
We like quite a few brands of acylic paints, each for different reasons, but Testors Model Master gets our vote for the most well rounded.
